Men Health Forums - A Valuable Resource For Mens Health Advice?

One of the most valuable resources a guy has today is online men health forums. Unlike the days before the internet, now if you have a question about your health you don't need to ask your doctor first. This can be a real ego saver, since a lot of health questions can be embarrassing to ask. Nobody likes to talk face to face about their neither regions to a guy who is almost a complete stranger . Now, with the online health forums, you can ask people without them ever knowing who you are. There's no embarrassment, no hassle and people are usually very friendly on the forums. They can be a great way to get more information about a particular topic from people who are familiar with it.
One of the drawbacks to using men health forums for information, as opposed to going to your doctor, is that you can never be absolutely sure if the information you're getting is correct. For example, if you ask about the different treatments for foot fungus, you can get lots of suggestions that won't help you at all. Even when people who reply to your thread claim to be a physician, you can never be positive that they really are. On the other had, if you go to your doctor you know the advice you're getting is worth following.
All in all, when it comes to men health forums it's a mixed bag. There are plenty of benefits, but if you don't know what you're getting into you can end up following bad advice. I suggest checking them out if you have a question that isn't very serious in nature. For instance, you can ask about which exercises can help you build your triceps the fastest but I wouldn't suggest relying on a forum to tell you how to treat cancer.

Getting The Best Home Loan Rate Through Refinancing: Reduce Payment Or Shorten Loan Terms?

If you want to make your mortgage more manageable by refinancing, you have two options: you can reduce your payment while lengthening the mortgage terms, or shorten the mortgage terms while paying more or less the same amount monthly.
You may have observed how your adjustable home loan rate has been at its all time low in the recent years. Many people have started to resort to refinancing in order to cut down on mortgage costs. However, with refinancing, there might still be an element of risk involved. As such, some people find it wiser to shorten the mortgage payment terms instead of merely reducing monthly payments.
Home refinancing is a good option for those who would like to have better control of their finances. It is an excellent way to get a better home loan rate, lower monthly payments or shorten the duration of the mortgage itself. It is undeniable how refinancing is popular mainly because it is an opportunity to lower home loan rate while at the same time get better monthly payment deals. Though shortening mortgage duration is an option when refinancing, there are not as much people who go down this road.
Refinancing to Reduce Monthly Payments
The benefit of refinancing in order to reduce monthly payments is obvious and self-explanatory. When you refinance, you lower your interest rate and consequently lower the amount you need to pay. Who wouldn't want this deal? The amount you save may be used to pay off other bills, or you can save this to pay for a part of your principal. Of course, you should never fall into the lure of spending some more just because you have extra money on hand.
Reduce the Life of Your Home Mortgage
Refinancing can allow you to shorten your mortgage terms while maintaining your monthly payment. For example, you can lower your home loan rate by refinancing, and then reduce your mortgage life span from 20 years to 15, while maintaining the same monthly payment. It might be more difficult to see how your financial burden is lessened this way, since you still need to pay the same amount. However, if you think of it in a larger perspective and in longer term, you can see how this may be a better deal for you.
You can look at it this way. Imagine a home loan rate of 5% on a 30 year mortgage. This will most likely cost you almost twice the amount that you borrowed. On the other hand, a rate of 5% on a 10 year mortgage will only cost you about 30% more of your principal as payment for interest. With the 20% difference in these two, along with the fact that you free yourself from the financial burden faster, it is easy to see how this option can generate far better deals.
Needless to say, if you still find it more practical and manageable to reduce your home loan rate by reducing your monthly payments, then by all means, do so. However, if you can get by without the extra savings refinancing can provide you; it may be financially wiser to reduce your mortgage duration instead. In the end, the choice will depend on your circumstances and financial goals.

Best Car Loan Rates - Tips To Getting A Low Auto Loan Rate Online

Online car loan shopping practically guarantees that you are getting the best rates. Your location is no longer a barrier to finding the best auto loan rate. However, you want to take advantage of the financing options available. While searching for an auto loan, research financing companies, negotiate terms, and increase your down payment to get low rates.
Study Financing Companies
A sure fire way to find the best car loan rate is to study financing companies. Only by requesting quotes and comparing the fine print can you truly know you are getting the lowest rate.
Fortunately, online auto loan brokers offer convenient ways to compare lenders. With some sites you can make side by side comparisons, while other sites will email you multiple financing offers. Auto loan brokers work hard to attract customers by negotiating lower rates with lenders, so you often will find better deals through their sites that through a dealership.
To ensure that you are getting accurate quotes, fill out the form as completely as possible. A slight difference in income or employment dates can reduce your interest rate.
Negotiate Terms
To find the best auto loan for your financial situation, you will want to balance the interest rates and length of your loan. Shorter loans offer lower rates, but with a higher monthly payment. Take a look at your monthly budget to see what type of auto loan would work best for your situation.
Increase Your Down Payment
While zero down or a slight down payment are options for car buyers, a large down payment will save you money. By putting down 20% or more, you will qualify for a lower interest rate, even if you have adverse credit. You will also save money by not paying interest on that portion of the vehicle’s price.
Demand A Better Deal
By getting pre-qualified for a car loan, you can also reduce the cost of your vehicle by demanding a better deal from your dealership. As a pre-qualified buyer, salespeople see you as a cash buyer, and they want your money. You can negotiate for rebates, higher trade-in value of your vehicle, and extra features.

Can Data Breaches Be Expected From Bankrupt Mortgage Lenders?

If you prefer to listen to this post, click here.

If you prefer to listen to this post, click here.
If you’re like many entrepreneurs, the thought of marketing makes you slightly sick to your stomach. And it’s more then a simple like or dislike of marketing, it’s the idea of trying to fit it into your to-do list. You already have a million things going on, how can you possibly fit marketing in?
So, instead, you end up not doing anything…until you run out of work that is. Then you desperately race around, trying to cram as much marketing as possible into as short amount of time as possible to try and ramp up your business.
Business picks up, you stop marketing again.
As I’m sure you already know, this isn’t a great way to grow a business on any level. But what do you do? You’re already overwhelmed with everything you have to do in your business, not to mention everything you have to do in your life, so how can you possibly fit marketing into that?
Never fear, that’s what the below 3 tips are designed to do, get you out of marketing overwhelm and into marketing superstar.
1. Make marketing a priority. Okay, don’t stop reading yet. This one might be tough to swallow but it has to be said. Marketing your business HAS to be a priority. If it’s not, then you will doom yourself to a “feast or famine” business model (where you oscillate between too many and too few clients, and because you’re in a constant roller coaster, you can never get enough traction to actually start growing your business).
But, I can hear you say, my priority needs to be on getting the work done. That’s what my clients are paying me for, and because they’re paying, then they have to be my top priority.
My response to that is well, not exactly. You’re right, you need to get the work done, and do a good job, or you’re going to run out of income pretty quickly. But, if you trade doing the client work over marketing, then you’re never going to get ahead.
(And, to be honest, it’s not fair to your clients either to have you constantly stressed about your business because you don’t know what’s in the pipeline. You owe it to yourself AND your clients to have a successful, thriving business.)
You need to have the mindset that marketing your business is JUST as important as doing the client work. Without the marketing, you WILL always struggle.
However, with that said, there’s no need to panic because…
2. You don’t have to do it all alone. There’s no law that says just because marketing is a priority means you need to do everything yourself. You can (and should) build a team. In fact, I would go one step further and tell you your team can ALSO help you with client work or admin work or just about anything.
Now with marketing, as with anything, there will probably be tasks you need to do yourself. But there will be many tasks you can easily outsource. The trick is to figure out what tasks you really need to do (and make time to do them) then outsource the rest.
But, I can hear you saying, what if I don’t have the cash flow to outsource? See, that’s the beauty of outsourcing marketing. There’s a very clear ROI. So let’s say one new client is worth $500 a month. Do you think regular marketing will bring you at least one new client? Of course. So maybe you set aside $250 a month for a virtual assistant to help you with some marketing tasks, knowing one new client will more than pay for your VA and any more clients above and beyond will be gravy.
(If you need help with marketing strategy to know what to outsource, drop me an email. I create marketing strategies for my clients, as well as do the work for them.)
3. Start small. This is what I did in my own business. You’ll notice I have a lot of marketing tasks going on right now — I have my newsletter, I blog, I podcast, I’m on social networking sites, I’m doing direct mail. I didn’t wake up one morning and say “I’m going to start everything today.” No, I did things one at a time. I started with my newsletter, then I added blogging, then podcasting, then social networking, etc. After I mastered one task, I went on to add another. So my marketing wouldn’t seem so overwhelming to me.
But remember, the biggest thing is to actually DO something. Start taking some action in your marketing, and the rest of the pieces should start to fall into place.

The MOST Powerful Marketing and Advertising on the Planet!

t sounds too simple to be true, but it really is... A well-targeted and timely PRESS RELEASE to the media is the most powerful form of marketing and advertising on the planet! A high quality press release, with the proper targeting and distribution to reach the correct media members, could have many businesses sailing on a sea of new sales and profits. Just one feature or a mention in a popular or targeted business publication has the potential to cause some business's phones to literally be ringing off the hook!
The next big question that arises, "How do you go about writing a quality press release that will grab the attention of the media and your particular audience?" Here are some tips to help you succeed:
Pick a "Newsworthy" Angle. Press releases are not an advertisement. Do not try to sell your product or service. Do not use "hype" in press releases. Instead give the media what they want and they will give you what you want. Now, what the press and media really want is a story! Just provide the Who, What, When, Where and How with regards to the uses of your products and/or services in a story format. Show examples of ways that people have used your products and services to their benefit. If you can include some emotions in your story all the better. Ask yourself: "Would this be something that I might read in a newspaper?"
Get a Good Start. The headline and the first few sentences of the first paragraph are the absolutely most important part of the press release. If you don't catch the reader's interest here you will lose your audience. The best way to do this is to use your most hard-hitting information FIRST rather than build to a climax. This may be opposite to what you would normally do when writing other material - but it does work! What follows in your press release are the details that SUPPORT your story or theme.
Write to the Media. Remember, a journalist, editor or reporter, not necessarily a client, is reading your press release. It's not your job to sell them your product or service. It IS your job to give them an interesting story or piece of news that they will be happy to share and announce to their audience.
Keep your release short and to the point. It should contain no more than about 500 words and no more than two pages. Include your contact information. Provide full contact name, company name, full address, phone number, email address and Web site URL. The contact name should be someone who is knowledgeable and available to answer any questions by media members such as editors, reporters and journalists.
Targeted press releases to the media have helped thousands of companies succeed. They are the most powerful form of marketing and advertising on the planet! Remember: One article is all it takes!

Linkedin – Business Networking Online

inkedIn is a massively popular networking website that is used by many industry experts to complete a sale, form a new partnership or working relationship, or get a new job. However, when compared to many of the social networking sites it is largely under utilized by those looking to promote their website or service. While sites like MySpace, Facebook, and others are already feeling the force of guerrilla marketers around the world LinkedIn is yet to experience that same rush.

When you consider that LinkedIn has nearly 10 million users hailing from over 150 industries around the world, it is surprising that B2B websites aren't paying more attention. There are, though, several methods your website could be employing in order to improve your exposure within the business oriented social network, while also potentially improving your search engine visibility.

Invite, Invite, Invite

Your LinkedIn network not only consists of those connections that you personally invite. The connections of your connections, and their connections are also added to your network. It sounds confusing but you essentially get three tiers of connections for every person you invite. This means that you can gain an introduction to somebody through one of your existing connections.

In order to build your profile and greatly increase your connections list, you should invite everybody that is relevant to your business and your industry that you deal with. If you are a service provider, then you should politely invite clients to become one of your connections. As they add their own connections, these same people will be added to your own list and so on.

Make Your Profile Available To Search Engines

Your profile page on LinkedIn can be made visible to search engines. LinkedIn is viewed quite highly by the major search engines, particularly Google. When creating your profile, ensure that you create a public profile and opt for Full View. As such, include links to your websites, but also include the keywords most important to you.

By doing this, your LinkedIn profile will receive better search results so that people searching for your service, or those searching for the service you offer, will be more likely to see your profile page. Don't forget to modify the link details to your pages, so that they use your most targeted keywords. This will also help to improve the performance of your own pages.

Use Advanced Search Tools

LinkedIn enables you to perform advanced searches within your trusted network. You can look for those connections that are starting a new venture or a new project, or anybody that might be looking for the type of service you offer. This provides you with the perfect opportunity to introduce yourself and promote your particular service.

Answer Questions

LinkedIn Answers is a service similar, in essence, to Google Answers or Yahoo Answers. Registered users can ask a question and other users have the option to answer that question. Regularly check the Answers service to see if there are any questions within your field of expertise. Give a genuine answer that provides valuable information and the member that asked the question is likely to view your profile. Because you answer questions in your own field of expertise this may mean a new connection and a new business contact.

Using LinkedIn To Improve Your Business Networking

LinkedIn is quite different to many of the social networking sites online. It is positively geared towards businesses and business members. As such, it enables you to build a powerful business network and the community does not frown upon the action of promoting yourself, as long as you do it properly and at the most appropriate times.

What Is The Lure Of The Game Of Golf?

Have you ever stopped to think what it is about golf that you like so much?

Some people would say that it allows them to enjoy a form of exercise that is not quite so strenuous as running or jogging on the treadmill or pedaling on the exercise bike. Others would say that they like the challenge that the sport presents. A few more might admit that it is an activity that allows for their social skills to emerge. If enough people are queried the answers could very well be numerous.

As for me, it is "the guys." You might wonder why an answer like that would roll out of my mind. But for me, it's true … "The guys."

The game itself is wonderful. The challenges that it presents are endless. The demands of a long straight drive are ever-present. In golfing terms that could be construed as another tee shot hit in the short grass. The approach shot finding its mark on the green … or as golfers put it, another green in regulation. The putting stroke, the chip shot, the bunker shot, the pitch-and-run are all shots that require a great deal of practice and skill in their own way.

The decisions of the game and how it plays with the golfers' mind are also a big part of the game. When a player has to shape a shot the decisions that come along with that are numerous. Does the shot call for moving the ball with a slight fade or a power draw? Should the ball get up in a hurry to clear a cluster of trees or should the shot be played low to stay under the limbs? Should the player go around a hazard or take a greater chance by trying to carry the ball over the danger? If the wind is blowing into the golfers face should the player swing an extra club or two or play the shot lower so that the ball cuts through the breeze?

The strategies are endless. The skill levels are numerous. The challenges are mind-boggling and unique. The vacation destinations are abundant. The various events are well-documented. Even the body types and gender specifications are varied.

So what makes the game so popular? To reiterate … it's "the guys."

To me there is nothing like having the regular group of guys on a Saturday or Sunday morning or for that matter a Wednesday afternoon or a Friday lunch. I've been lucky enough to have grown up in a golfing environment. Hanging around the pro shop is unique in its own way. Grabbing a bite to eat in the snack bar is significant in its own manner. Both are equally as important as jumping into a cart with a playing partner. Those places are where the stories are told, the jokes are thrown around, and the business deals are made.

From those experiences the games begin. The opportunity to bet and be paired with players of varying skill levels is fun! The challenge of the course is one thing, but saving the tail of a playing partner is what it's all about. Seeing a partner drain a thirty-footer when the chips are on the line or a competitor missing a three-foot putt in a similar situation are what make the game what it is. To be able to share the camaraderie on the course and take it to dinner afterwards or on vacation in the off-season or to a sponsored event away from the home venue is what the game of golf is all about. The friendships that are established and taken to other life experiences to me is what makes the game of golf so special.

You can have the beauty of the various golf courses. You can have the challenge of the different shots. You can have the action of the different bets. But if you don't have "the guys" to share all of that with then the glass is half-empty.

A Good Antigua Holiday Or Honeymoon Suite Hotel

An Antigua Holiday staying at the Suite Hotel called the Trade Winds above Dickenson Bay could make a lot of sense. The Trade Winds Hotel could also be a good choice for your Antigua Honeymoon, as it is small and intimate, having only 45 rooms, and is definitely a place for the discerning guest.

Best described as peaceful, friendly, and relaxing the Trade Winds Hotel provides the perfect solution for people who don’t want to pay the earth, and don’t want something that is overly pretentious. Whilst not really what you would describe as a boutique hotel, because that would be pretentious, the Trade Winds nevertheless is similar without the sky high prices.

Being on a hill, the views are spectacular, although the walk up from the beach is steep. Having said that the hotel operates a shuttle bus, so you don’t have to walk. The benefits far outweigh the drawbacks, because the hill gives you not only the spectacular view, it also means the hotel is away from the noise and bustle, so you do get peace and quiet.

The beach itself, and anyone choosing an Antigua holiday will be mindful of the great beaches the island has, and they will not be disappointed here. You can walk for what seems like miles and the water is such a dreamy shade of blue. There are places to eat, bars, whee if you buy a few drinks, they will supply you with deck chairs.

Reports from guests talk about the fact that the Trade Winds Hotel may be rated as a three star, but the general feeling was it was in truth between four to five star but with three star prices. A little bit of luxury, with very professional and friendly staff, is another often heard comment from the very satisfied guests.

The rooms are large and this cannot always be said when you stay in an hotel on an Antigua vacation. They are also light and airy with a terrace or balcony that looks out over the sea.

The food in the restaurant, called Bay House is excellent with good choices, and you will notice a good many non residents, and locals coming into eat in the evenings. Probably the outstanding part of the evening meals are the desserts. There is also a small pool, sun deck, and bar, and the grounds are lush with tropical vegetation

One of the great things about taking an Antigua holiday at the Trade Winds Hotel is that you will be made to feel like an individual. This means the staff appear to know your room number, your name very quickly, and your likes and dislikes in the way of food and drink. This sort of thing rarely happens when you stay in a larger hotel where it can be quite impersonal.

If you can get your meal plans in place before you go. There are some great restaurants within easy driving reach, so determine what you want to do in the evenings, because if you take the meal plan that includes dinner, you will find that whilst there is a $50ECD limit for breakfast which is no problem anyway, there is no limit for dinner, so you can try all the most expensive dishes and it will be included.. Also be aware that a lot of rooms are permanently booked to BA aircrew, and whilst they can be somewhat boisterous, they do come and go, which adds an air of exclusivity for those permanent, or semi permanent guests.

The Trade Winds Hotel would be a good choice for an Antigua Holiday, and ideal for an Antigua Honeymoon if you want the glamour of the Caribbean, but not some of the ridiculous prices.

Write For Money - Five Easy And Fun Steps For New Writers

If you're a new writer, congratulations. I wish I were starting my career today. You have unlimited opportunities to make as much money from your writing as you wish. These five steps will help.

Just follow the steps - all of them. By the time you've completed all five steps, you WILL be paid for your words. There's an immense hunger online for words today; if you can write, you can make money.

1. Write ten articles on any topic you choose (as long as it's not about yourself)

Write ten articles. These ten articles can be on any topic you choose; basically topics for which there are magazines: fashion, mountain bikes, dieting...

There's one topic you should avoid, and that's anything to do with yourself. Unless you've lived an amazing life, or write with humor, there's next to no way to make writing about yourself profitable.

Here's the thing: you're aiming to write for people who will pay you, whether they're magazine editors or business people. These people all have an audience, and that audience is interested in a specific topic.

To sell your words, you need to write about topics in which others are interested. So study magazines on a newsstand, and write ten articles.

2. Create a small Web site

Many of my writing students baulk at this one. Creating a Web site seems complicated. Agreed, the first time you do this, it may well be like assembling a toy for your children at Christmas - frustrating. You may want to swear a lot and kick things. Feel free to do it if it relieves your feelings.

Nevertheless, creating a Web site is an essential skill for writers in the new millennium.

And it's EASY. Really.

I promise you if you take yourself to Blogger, it will take you less than three minutes to create your first site.

So go and do that NOW.

You're back? Great.

3. Post your articles to your site

Now post all your articles - yes, all ten - to your new site.

Create a small sidebar with a "Hire Me to Write for You" notice. Ensure that there's a way for people to contact you: include your email address and your cell phone number.

Congratulations. You're now a writer - all you have to do to make money is to keep writing.

4. Post three articles to article directories

Choose three of your articles, and post them to article directories online - but create a "resource box" or "bio" first.

Your resource box is a chance for you to sell your new writing skill. It also provides a link back to your site, so people can view samples of your writing and can contact you.

You can craft your resource box in any way you wish. It can be extremely simple, as in "John Smith writes about fashion and finance, and he's available to write for you today. Contact him at his site _____________ (the URL of your Web site.)"

5. Approach Web sites for writing jobs

Finally, approach sites to write for them. Which sites? That depends on the topics you're comfortable writing about. Whichever topics you've chosen, there will be thousands of sites covering those topics.

Check the About page of likely looking sites. If they hire writers, they'll often have Editorial contact information. Sometimes they won't. Contact them, tell them who you are and what you want.

Before you know it, you'll have several clients for whom you write. And you'll get paid to write for money. It's just as easy as I've described - have fun.

The Wonders Of Hair Extensions

Hair Extensions have widely grown in popularity in the past years and they are now used by many people across the world as a way of adding length, fullness, texture and colour to natural hair. The reasons for the use of hair extensions can vary from being hair loss through medical treatment or just purely for cosmetic reasons. Whatever your reason here’s a little bit of information to help you with your hair extension decisions.
The use of versatility of hair extensions has been recognised among many different ethic and social groups. They are made from a range of human hair and synthetic fibres but how do you no which is right for you?
Realistically either human or synthetic or perfectly fine to be used for hair extensions even though human hair is always often preferred due to the fact it blends in which your natural hair more as it is the same texture and more likely to be a more natural colour. Human hair is available in different grades with the main suppliers of it is India, China and Eastern European countries.
Synthetic hair however does have its advantages. You can get synthetic hair in any colour that you could possibly imagine and it is generally less expensive than human hair. You can also purchase synthetic hair in a range of different styles such as:
• Yaki - pure straight, usually mimicking the straightness of Asian hair.• European – this is more natural-looking straight hair that may have a slight wave to it• Deep Wave - while generally not a true 'wave', it can be made to look like spiral curls.• Loose Deep Wave or Romance Wave - looser version of the deep wave, softer curls.• Jheri Curl - usually sold in very short lengths, it is often used to recreate the full 'afro' look.• Wet and Wavy (Spanish Wave or Indian Wave) - usually human hair is used, and is either naturally curly or permanently waved to appear so.
If you wanted to create these sort of styles with human hair extensions you would have to have the style placed onto the extensions after you had them placed in, costing you more. Human hair however outweighs synthetic immensely when it comes to what you can do with them when they have been placed in.
When it comes to the styling and washing of your hair with your hair extensions in, extra care will need to be taken but this doesn’t necessarily mean that it will cause you extra work. The shampooing of your hair should be done in the same way for human hair and synthetic fibres. You should continue to wash your hair how you always have, however it may be a good idea to switch to a more mild shampoo and conditioner. This, along with using cool water, helps to dramatically reduce tangles.
The styling of your hair extensions can be carried out like normal, just like how you treat your normal hair, if you have human hair extension, which gives them a major advantage over synthetic hair as synthetic hair restricts you from styling.
It is not advisable to use heat on synthetic hair as it has the potential to burn or melt the hair. This means that you would have problems when it comes to drying, straightening or curling your hair.
If you are considering having hair extensions please speak to your stylist before making any major decisions.

Guaranteed Extra Cash Online

For college students and other people who feel burned out trying to balance paying the bills and living at the same time, ads like these can prove to be irresistible. Many of them make perfect sense and easily hook you based on good concepts. Unfortunately, many times the product or service does not match the brilliance of a great idea for making money from home or through the Internet. As I’ve learned myself, the further you go down this road, the more excited you get. You basically get hooked, and if you aren’t careful, you will end up working hard and falling further into debt than you can imagine. Much like gambling, the lure of easy money and independence can make just about anyone fall prey to work at home scams that feed off your dreams to get to your wallet so they can go on to the next victim. Hopefully, you will never fall victim to these scam artists. However, the fact of the matter is that these scammers would not be wasting their time if they were not making any money. And as long as people continue to get mixed up in this business, these scammers are going to stick around to trick more and more people. The best way to keep a scammer’s claws away from your credit card is to do thorough research on each opportunity that you are considering. This means doing much more than simply reading a bit about it online. In my personal experience, I have been taken by companies who were savvy enough to pollute the Internet with staged testimonials, guarantees, questionable references to big name endorsements, and even appearances in the Better Business Bureau. A colleague of mine who invested in vending machine placement services even went so far as to physically go to the manufacturing plant to tour the warehouse as well as contact the Better Business Bureau of that state. What he received, in return, were twenty malfunctioning candy machines with a list of local businesses who had apparently agreed to receive them. Not only did none of these businesses know what he was talking about, many of them were hostile when he showed up to place them. What you want to do is check message boards such as the ASK section of Yahoo.com. Another simple method of weeding out the scams from the genuine opportunities is to go to a search engine and simply type in the company name followed by the word “scam”. If you do this, and you are barraged by an endless list of complaints, you my friend have found a nugget of gold in a sea of mud. In terms of the Better Business Bureau, it is best to contact them directly to ask about any complaints, and also find out how long a company has been listed. The Better Business Bureau operates state by state. They will be able to tell you if they have any complaints on file. If they do, you will want to avoid the opportunity at all costs. But if it appears that a company is doing business the right way, you can continue your own research. Being in the Business Bureau is not necessarily that hard to accomplish. Many scammers can use their money and connections to set up a front to initially qualify for the Better Business Bureau just long enough for them to collect their cash from unsuspecting victims, close shop, create a new identity and start again. Before you decide to do anything, attempt to get in touch with the company that you are interested in. Can you get a human being on the phone? Do they have an actually physical address? How long does it take them to respond to your e-mails, if at all? If you cannot even talk to the company before you start, there is not chance that they will be around when you really need them. I once made quite a bit of money selling vacation vouchers on auction sites. The marketing plan was sound, and the money saving vouchers was a hit. Only problem was, I could never get in touch with their customer service department to handle my customer inquiries and complaints once I realized that the promises that existed in writing on the vouchers were misleading at best. This proved to be such a problem that it took me over a year to recover from the negative publicity on my auction site. Of course, there are legitimate home based businesses out there. With the Internet and all the low cost, web producing tools available, there seems to be a renaissance in entrepreneurship. Basically, just find a product or service you can market online, and do your research. Sell on EBay if you don’t want to build your own website. You can have a website their and all search engine marketing is already done by EBay. The Small Business Association has an office in downtown Tacoma and contains invaluable information on their website http://www.sba.com. Since small business is the backbone of our country economically, sources such as these are eager to help you create a plan with realistic expectations. However, like anything else worthwhile, you have to do your homework and work hard at it. The problem is that too many people make you think you can practically go online and make money just clicking on a mouse. You want to steer clear of any business that asks to you to pay for their “Top Secret” e-book that will teach you how to make an automated income.” Think about it, if you are in dire need of cash, can you imagine any other situation in which you would not only work for free, but pay for the privilege to work. There are no magic formals or secrets worth paying for. All of the information in these e-books can be found for free through your own research if you have common internet skills. If you don’t want to work hard and just make a few easy extra bucks without donating your blood or volunteering to be a guinea pig, it is possible to make some good extra money filling out online surveys or through mystery shopping. There are real opportunities out there which require no fee to get started. Not only that, several of them will even give you a $5 bonus just for signing up. If a company such as this is legitimate, they would be making lots of money through the success of its members. Companies that require that $49.97 start up fee only make money through the fee and only want to teach you how to get other people to do the same. The products are all useless lists and general information that anyone with a functioning mind could figure out on their own, or get for free by doing their own research. In 12 years of trying to make a living on the Internet, the following are the best companies I have ever encountered for making a few extra bucks filling out surveys, playing games and mystery shopping. They probably won’t pay the rent, but if you’re interested in making an extra $400 or $500 a month or eating out at nice restaurants and going to movies for free, you may want to check these out: Mystery Shopping Providers Association: ." target=new>http://www.mysteryshop.org/shoppers/">. This site contains all the information you will ever need on starting up as a mystery shopper. It is also a portal for the best sites to go to for mystery shopping jobs online, and they don’t require that you invest a penny. InboxDollars.com. (you can sign up for free and get $5 just for signing up. You can make a few hundred dollars in one day, theoretically, if you are willing to use a credit card to sign up for free or paid trials. Just make sure you have the patience to fill out the long surveys and keep detailed records so you can remember to cancel your free trials before you get charged. Also, you can fill out surveys to make a dollar or two which are completely free. I’ve made about $400 with this site.

Lake Blue Ridge fishing is exciting because of the diversity of fish you can catch. Those on the lake are likely to encounter bluegill, largemouth bass, white bass, yellow perch and walleye. Catching walleye is best spring to fall at night because of the clear water.
Another reason the lake is popular is the ease of navigation. The lake can be easily navigated by small boat, canoe, tube or you can wade in several places. Check with the Tennessee Valley Authority for water release times and safety information.
Georgia Trout Fishing:

The lower Toccoa River game fish is 75% trout, with an average size of about 9 inches. Knock Five Shots Off Your Game With Custom Golf Clubs

There's nothing like a round of golf on a beautiful green to cure the workday blues. However, not much can ruin the experience more quickly than a bad game! Whether you're serious about finding a way to take your game to the next level every day, or whether you're just a weekend warrior, custom golf clubs might be right for you.
Many golfers are wary about buying custom clubs because they're just not sure if they need them. After all, millions of golfers get by just fine without them. The real question is, do they? When you're out on the links take a look around you. You'll see that everyone is a different size and shape. Everyone has different tendencies. Custom clubs take all of those things into account. You cannot have the perfect game without your equipment being totally built for you personally. If you're serious about taking your game to the next level, custom golf clubs should at least be explored.
It's important to know the difference between fitted and custom. They are not the same! Fitted clubs are mass produced and bought from a manufacturer. They are sold to thousands of people. Once you buy them they are slightly altered to fit your body frame and swing. The shaft length is changed by bending the head to get the correct lie angle. This doesn't increase the shaft length or, more importantly, change the shaft flex of the club. It's really a superficial fix to clubs that are built for the average person. If you're not the average person, you are pretty much out of luck. Custom ones are created specifically for you. They take into consideration everything about your swing and your body. The shaft is designed for your height. The grips suit your hand size and the head is built to suit your abilities. Everything about them is designed to improve your game.
Just how do custom clubs knock shots off your game? Well, as your learn to play golf or as you progress in your game, improperly fitted golf clubs can really encourage you to develop bad habits. You will unconsciously try to make up for the clubs inabilities. Your body will reposition and your technique will suffer the consequences. Custom fitted clubs eliminate the guessing factor. The club does its work so that you can do yours. That's why even beginners benefit greatly by having custom clubs.
Although custom clubs are a bit more expensive than other clubs, they are well worth it. If you can't afford to get an entire set of custom clubs right away, at least look into investing in a few. Start small and build your way up. You'll notice a difference immediately. Pretty soon unwinding at the golf course won't be an exercise in frustration. Your great game will leave you relaxed and ready to tackle another hard week!

The 5 Best Golf Courses In Spain

Spain is renown for having some of the world’s most popular golfing destinations. From Madrid’s historic courses to Alicante’s new developments, many of Spain’s best courses are home to world championships, and rank among Europe’s finest.
Real Club de la Puerta de Hierro, Madrid
Madrid’s stellar course, one of Spain's oldest and certainly its most exclusive, is set in a beautiful oak forest, just outside the city. Established in 1895, the challenging Par 72 course, which includes the old 18-hole Arriba Course and the new 18-hole Abaja Course, is deservedly very popular on weekends.
Sloping, well maintained greens and long fairways edged by trees, include many bunkers and water hazards. There is a pitching green, and a putting green. Other facilities include a pro shop, golf tuition, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and horse riding, while the clubhouse features a bar, restaurant and sauna.
Alicante, Costa Blanca
Seve Ballesteros designed this 18-hole, Par 72 course, with its contoured greens, long fairways, and well-positioned bunkers, set among various housing estates. The picturesque ruins of a Roman Villa is located near the 15th green. The course, set next to a beach, features many holes with water hazards and strategically located bunkers. The 6 Par 5s, Par 4s and Par 3s, cover flat fairways.
The final hole tees off over water, and includes numerous fairway bunkers, while making the green involves more lake hopping. Alicante requires a buggy, which comes with the playing fee, and there is a practice ground, a café/restaurant, and a well-stocked pro shop.
Desert Springs, Almeria
Europe’s first desert course, opened in 2002, the prestigious and challenging 18-hole Desert Springs is modelled on courses in Arizona and California. Year-round golfing is possible, and a high-tech golf academy, featuring computer video analysis, holds private and group classes.
Fortunately the course is suitable for both amateurs and professionals, and dry riverbeds, water channels, rocks and a variety of xerophytic plants, along with surrounding mountains make for a dramatic setting. The desert terrain is an interesting change from Spain’s more typical lush, coastal golf courses. Desert Springs includes a pitching green, putting green, and driving range.
Club de Golf Valderrama
Regarded as Spains’s best golf course, Valderrama, on Costa del Sol, has long Par 5s, plentiful water hazards, and greens that are bunker protected. There are spectacular views towards Gibraltar and the North African coastline, and lush, tree-lined fairways and spick and span elevated greens give this course the great reputation it deserves.
Valderrama’s famed, tough 17th hole, the location for many dramatic world championship matches, requires a perfect third shot over water to make the green. But don’t just turn up expecting a game – you must book months in advance to play here.
Montecastillo, Cadiz
This marvellous golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, features 18 holes, and covers 160 hectares. It is part of the Montecastillo resort complex, which includes hotels, restaurants, a pool and health centre.
Well-tended fairways and greens, and a full range of practice facilities include 75 covered bays at the driving range, grass practice tees, and putting and chipping greens. The reasonably flat course, with undulating fairways, has expansive lakes, many bunkers and top quality greens. From the 18th hole tee are spectacular views towards Jerez.

Housewives’ Most Common Gripe…

What is the most common illness housewives complain about?
Due to the weight of household chores – doing the laundry, cooking, cleaning the house, attending to the kids- housewives often complain of headaches, known as tension headaches.
Studies show that tension headaches are the most common type of headache. About 30% to 80% of adults occasionally experience this kind of headache. Tension headaches are more common among women than men.
These headaches are sometimes called stress headaches, muscle contraction headaches, daily headaches, or chronic non-progressive headaches.
Usually, the condition is triggered by some type of environmental or internal stress. The most common sources of stress include family, social relationships, friends, work and school. This makes housewives prone to this type of headache.
The attacks
The attacks usually begin gradually and often occur in the middle of the day. A tension headache may occur on an episodic basis (less than 15 days per month) or on a chronic basis (daily or more than 15 days per month).
Most people with episodic tension headaches have them no more than once or twice a month, but the headaches can occur more frequently.
Episodic tension headaches are usually triggered by an isolated stressful situation or a build-up of stress. Daily stress can lead to chronic tension headaches.
In mild to moderate tension headaches, there is a constant, band-like pain or pressure that lasts from 30 minutes to all day. Tension headaches tend to be moderate or mild and are rarely severe.
However, unlike migraines they are not usually unilateral, throbbing or associated with light and sound sensitivity or nausea and vomiting. Other features of tension headaches may include headache upon awakening, general muscle aches and difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep.
Tension headaches may also trigger chronic fatigue, irritability, disturbed concentration and mild sensitivity to light or noise.
Rid of the tension
Treatment for this type of headache usually includes nonprescription pain relievers such as aspirin or ibuprofen. Prescription medications like antidepressants may be needed in some cases.
Therapies such as stress management or biofeedback may be used in an effort to reduce or prevent tension headaches. Tramadol is a combination product used to treat certain types of headaches and migraines as well as mild to moderate pain.
(Analgesic). Its mode of action resembles that of narcotics, but it has significantly less potential for abuse and addiction than the narcotics.

Friendships – How Losing Your Best Friend Leaves A Gapping Hole In Women

Best Friends are really special. We talk about how wonderful to have them, but we don’t talk about the pain of losing them.
The love you feel for a close girl friend is different from a love relationship but it is not less meaningful. Unfortunately, in our society today the love for a best friend does not have the same value and support as for romantic love. Losing a lover through death or divorce fits within our understanding out loss and grief. But the loss of a best friend, through death or divorce - that is, a permanent falling out - has no socially Accepted guidelines.
"Linda and I had a long distance relationship," Carla sadly chuckles. "We talked at least once a week, sometimes more often. We were two time zones away but for 11 years since I moved away, we worked around that. We made a point of getting together 3 or 4 times a year. I love my husband, but loving Linda is a different kind of love.
"She was the first person I called when Terry asked me to marry him, even before I called my mom and sister. Whenever he and I are at odds, she is always there to listen to me vent about Terry, to help me see the situation more realistically, and to walk me through the mess with him.
"We used to joke what would we do without each other."
Carla's voice breaks. She takes a deep breath, as if gulping in air would ease her pain. "I guess I'm finding out. Six months ago she was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was a quick decline. She was dead within three months.
"What makes me so mad is that if it were Terry who had died, I'd get time off from work; my friends would be calling on me, offering me sympathy. But Linda is 'just a friend.' Boloney. She's my best friend, my soul, my stabilizer, my special other half, in a way Terry - as much as I love him - can't be. But she's just my friend, so life expects me to carry on."
We live in a world with rigid ideas about love and affection. We have work place rules and social etiquette rules. The inflexibility of these rules, though, ignores some realities. Carla would be able to get time off from work, or a reduced price plane ticket, for the funeral of her sister, even though they haven't spoken in decades, but not for her best friend Linda.
In many communities, when there's a death, friends and neighbors come with the proverbial casseroles and pies. The bereaved gets company, food, sympathy. Carla, though, did not have any of that. Most people don't think about the depth of the loss when it is a non-family member.
The same lack of understanding occurs when best friends have a permanent quarrel, or to put it another way, when best friends divorce.
"Mary just dropped me; I don't know any other way to put it," bemoans Laurie. "Although this was 10 years ago, I still get teary thinking about it. I have no idea why she just stopped talking with me, stopped returning my calls. We had been such good friends for years. After several months, I wrote her saying she at least owed me an explanation. Boy that was a mistake. She wrote back tearing me to pieces."
Laurie's eyes water as she goes back a decade in her memory. "I don't know what was worse. Hearing all the things she didn't like about me or having no one to talk to about losing my best friend. You know, if Laurie were a Larry, everyone would understand why I moped around for months, my work performance flagged, but you don't get sympathy for breaking up with your best friend."
Carla and Laurie understand the power of best friends - having them and losing them. There are rituals for dealing with the death of a spouse and a family member, but there are none for the death of a best friend. People know how to respond if a friend gets divorced, but they have no idea how to respond if that friend gets divorced from a best friend - even though the pain can be just as intense and the loss just as big.
Chances are Carla’s and Laura’s bosses have had similar experiences because losing a best friend is not uncommon, it's just not often acknowledged, and the pain is rarely discussed.
There are many different ways you can lose a close friend -- through death, a quarrel, changing interests or growing in different directions. When couples split up, their friends may drift away, not wanting to choose sides. No matter how you lose a best friend, it always hurts and leaves a hole in your life. The loss needs to be respected and given the same credence as the loss of any loved one.

Baby Gift Ideas And Mommy Sense

With another baby coming along, you think of tiny little things that would excite the mommies, too. But being a veteran of three children does not always assure that you have the best taste for baby gift sets and mommy advice. What if you're no mommy yet?
Mommy Sense
Mommies are supposed to know what's best for their babies. If you're no mom yet, think like a mom when you're getting a baby gift set for the newest member of the family. Here are some useful tips to remember before you invest your money in a memorable gift for the baby:
* Know the gender of the baby.* Go for hypo-allergenic pillows and stuffed toys.* Get practical gifts.* For baby toy chests, be sure the item is certified non-toxic.
Since babies cannot appreciate gifts yet, get baby gift sets that make the mommies smile with contentment. Sensible gifts like feeding bottles and blankets make the grade because moms can stretch budgets when it comes to baby things.
For your part, this shaves off the time you spend poring over store catalogues for gift items for toddlers and infants, checking non-toxic and no-choke items while looking at the price range. That's what mommies do when they get things for their precious babies, it is safety first and budget next.
Extra Special Gifts
Of course, the firstborn of your best friends are extra special babies. The moment of truth has arrived. Your friend is now a mommy and you're still hoping to be one. Remember those high school and college casual chitchats about having kids? You'll remember that she wanted something truly special to celebrate her womanhood and in the same breath welcome the baby to the world.
Choosing the right baby gift can be a taxing exercise when it's your first time to get something for a special baby and when the occasion calls for extra special gifts with a personal touch. It's ridiculously funny that first time baby gift givers are petrified or anxious about the task of getting the right gift when baby can't have a say at all.
How about the gift of time? Spend more of your free time with your friend until she is out of the hospital, cook her favorite meals, and have a quiet celebration with her family at the hospital.
Or, you can splurge for your baby gift ideas - an oil painting rendition of the baby, a packaged CD of his baby pictures at the hospital, or a tape of cool lullabies. Baby jewelry for the posh babies will elate the fashionista mommies.
For the baby's visual development, you can make black and red or red and white mosaics for his mobile. Infants, contrary to belief, are not attracted to pastel colored stuffed toys and decals. But show them stark colors like black and red, they'll follow the color. So give them black, white, and red geometric visual treats, and they learn to focus and pay attention to details.
Or, you could a parenting CD for the first time parents who cannot make heads or tails of their roles when the baby is colicky, having tantrums, or bored. That would welcome the baby best to this stressed-out world. These baby gift ideas would be more than welcome.

Fertility Information: The Egg Donor Clinic

Many families and couples face the reality of infertility. In fact, infertility is a growing trend in the world today for various reasons and this is why the egg donor clinic exists. An egg donor clinic can help those looking to start a family and also offers other positive benefits to those seeking a new child.
An egg donor clinic allows a woman to donate her eggs so that an infertile couple may start a family. Likewise, an egg donor clinic allows a couple to “interview” the egg donor so that they can get a better idea of what their child will look like and be like. Furthermore, the couple can find out more about the egg donor’s health background and family disease information so that they can make a sound decision before choosing the egg donor they wish to use. Egg donation is something that certainly helps those families that are in need when looking to start a family.
The egg donor clinic is primarily a location where woman who wish to donate their eggs can do so privately and discreetly. The egg donor must be willing to disclose accurate information about herself as well as tell information about her family’s health history. It is important that the egg donor be willing to divulge various types of information at the egg donor clinic so that the new family that use her donated egg are fully aware of the risks involved and the health that their future child may have.
The egg donor clinic is a location that exists primarily to extract eggs from a woman who wishes to donate them. It important to be fully informed of the risks involved with egg donation because the egg donor clinic will likely not go over the risks in any great detail with the donor. The egg donor clinic will usually provide some form of monetary compensation to the donor and this amount varies from clinic the clinic. More than the monetary concern should be the desire to help out families who are in need of fertility assistance and a firm awareness of the entire process involved.
The entire process involved when donating eggs to an egg donor clinic usually lasts from three to five weeks, starting with an injection to inhibit natural menstrual cycles to synch with the egg recipient’s cycles. This is followed by another injection meant to boost your body’s egg production and a final injection before the eggs are removed from the ovaries with a syringe. The entire process does have inherent risks that the donor should most certainly make herself 100% aware of. Egg donation is not a minor undertaking and should be performed with the right attitude and awareness level. An egg donor clinic provides the space and expertise to remove the eggs from the donor’s body but does not necessarily provide counseling or informative sessions which would inform the egg donor of her options or risks. Staying fully informed and seeking out the right egg donor clinic is very important.

Vital Sign Monitor: The Name Says It All

Many of the vital signs monitor measure the following five main bodily functions:
• body temperature• pulse rate• respiration rate• blood pressure• blood oxygen saturation
Vital signs monitors enable healthcare professionals to evaluate their patients quickly, enabling them to progress to other tasks more efficiently and focus on improving the patient’s health. The advanced technology engineered in vital signs monitors makes them optimal for hospitals. However, because these vital signs monitors are compact and portable, they’re perfect for use in homes, clinics, at the sites of a medical emergencies, etc. With this state-of-the-art equipment now available to the public, vital signs monitors will be increasingly used in the home as patients can be monitored by family and friends and receive treatment from healthcare professionals where the patient feels most comfortable. If you’re caring for someone at home, you’ll find the following information pertinent to your tasks.
Using vital signs monitors will provide critical information about a patient’s state of health. They are a way of quickly assessing how serious an illness is and how well the body is coping with the resulting biological stress. The more unstable the vital signs are, the sicker the patient is. Vital signs can also mark the state of chronic diseases (i.e. hypertension). When manually taking vital signs, it’s important to remember that the slightest error can have dramatic results. If there is user error or patient error, an accident or a mistake, false readings will occur. If these are not remedied quickly, improper decisions and treatment could possibly be carried out. However, using vital signs monitors will eliminate such errors. Nonetheless, it is of the utmost importance to understand exactly what you are measuring.
Body Temperature is checked in order to:
• Gauge how well the body stores and releases heat.• Detect abnormally high body temperature (hyperthermia) or abnormally low body temperature (hypothermia).• Monitor the effectiveness of some medications.Though normal body temperature varies from person to person, the average is 98.6 °F. Temperatures may vary throughout the day, ordinarily being lowest in the morning and rising in the evening.Pulse Rate is described as the number of beats per minute (bpm):• Provide clues about the function and health of the heart.• Determine whether the heart is pumping blood adequately.• Monitor certain symptoms such as palpitations, dizziness, fainting, chest pain, or shortness of breath.• Monitor medical conditions or the use of medications.
Respiration Rate is the rate at which a person breathes. The best time to measure this is when a person is resting. The normal rate for adults: 12-24 breaths per minute.
Blood Pressure measures the force of blood inside an artery in two measurements:
• Systolic Pressure - when blood flow is first heard, representing peak blood pressure that occurs when the heart contracts.
• Diastolic Pressure - when blood flow can no longer be heard, representing the lowest blood pressure that occurs when the heart relaxes between beats.
Blood Oxygen Saturation evaluates how well the lungs are providing oxygen to the blood during rest, exercise, or a medical procedure. Examines oxygenation and the saturation of hemoglobin in the blood

Response Rate of AMORYN Users with Depression, Anxiety or Panic After Six Weeks Introduction Ultimately, real-world results matter most. In order to measure the real-world rate of response to supplementation with AMORYN, BioNeurix Corp. surveyed a random sample of individuals who had started using AMORYN approximately six to eight weeks prior. Our informal surveys demonstrate that AMORYN achieves an extraordinary success rate. After taking AMORYN for six weeks or more, over 80% of AMORYN users report positive results. Of users with depression, 90% reported that AMORYN reduced the severity of their depression. For those with anxiety, 88% reported a reduction in feelings of anxiety. For users with panic attacks, 88% told us they were having fewer panic attacks and 87% responded that any remaining panic attacks were less severe. Data Collection The results shown here were collected through informal surveys of AMORYN users. We randomly selected and e-mailed customers, all of which had purchased AMORYN between six and eight weeks prior, and requested that they participate in a brief survey about their experience with the supplement. Both individuals that were still using the supplement and those that had discontinued use for any reason (due to side effects, for instance) were included. The 66 AMORYN users that chose to participate completed a brief online questionnaire. The respondents were not compensated in any way, and the identities of the respondents were not revealed to the researchers compiling the data. The figures shown in the graphs below were compiled on April 25, 2005, and represent the results of the most recent survey. Past surveys involving a total of over 300 AMORYN users have produced consistent results. Please keep in mind that this data does not represent the results of a controlled clinical trial and should not be considered scientific proof of AMORYN's effectiveness. (For this, please review the clinical trials demonstrating the effectiveness of AMORYN's main ingredient.) This information is intended solely to give you a better idea of what current AMORYN users think about the supplement.

GARDEN LANDSCAPE RESTORATION
Making the most of your old garden plants
Don't even think about trashing all of your overgrown landscaping! Yes it would be nice to know there's a house behind those shrubs, but let's not be too hasty about it.
Take a hard look at those plants you paid good money for and stretch those landscape dollars by re-using key existing plants in a new restored landscape. When the old landscape was installed, the plants were smaller; it looked great and was the right scale for the property or home. But now, years later, it has become over grown and the plants overpower the garden space or structure it once complimented. This is a common occurrence, but it doesn't mean you can't re-use some of the plants and shrubs. In fact, when transplanted properly to a more ideal spot for growth and planting aesthetics, you would be surprised at how well those old plants will look incorporated into the newer landscape. As an added benefit, having established plant materials in and among newer younger plantings adds visual weight to the landscape and can make the landscape look more established.
Other common plant performance issues are that some plants may be suffering through less than ideal growing conditions due to poor plant placement (too sunny or shady, too wet or too dry), others may have just either outlived their span or just withered.
Unfortunately, these types of challenges are common in old landscapes when plant growth and form were overlooked in the initial garden planning. How a landscape will look over time is essential for successful landscape and garden planning. The key to avoiding this mistake is to identify the existing plants and shrubs that can be reused in a better location, understand their needs for sunlight and growth, while creating the plan for the new landscape, paying special attention to plant placement in the landscape.
